  I purchased a diamond enhancer ring from Zales back in 2009, and loved it! After a couple of years the very small pieces began to crack. The ring had been sent out for sizing two times, and repaired multiple times because of the cracks on the fragile peices. I had purchased the protection plan w/the ring when I bought it. I highly recommend buying the protection just in case you ever have issues. I kept up w/my semiannual inspections which is a requirement for the plan to be valid. Long story short, when it became clear that the ring had not been repaired properly or was just 'over repaired' Zales made good on their protection plan and replaced my ring. I came in a very disappointed customer, but left a very happy one! It's nice to see in this day and age that a company will do the right thing and back up their promises, when you as a customer have done the right thing and followed the rules. Susie & Tom handled the situation well, and I will continue to be a Zales customer. I highly recommend this location!
