  My husband and I walked in planning to upgrade our phones. We walked in and the sound on a Disney movie was up so loud that we could not hear each other speak. I could feel the vibrations from the speakers. I asked the man who “greeted” us if he could please turn the volume down. His reply was that kids were watching a movie. The kids were on the other side of room. I asked if the one speaker by the phones could be turned down. He said, THIS is an entertainment business! And he walked away. I had many replies for him but we walked out instead. There are numerous other places that would like our money.
