  Very professional, clean store. Everyone was very helpful. Answered all my questions. Matthew helped me fix a problem with my bill. He was very polite and patient.

  Took my note 7 in today to exchange it for the new one. The guy there said it would take 30 minutes. I said ok. I will be back had some errands to do. He was a little rude. He also said that i needed the box and everything that came with it. I told him the notice i got said to bring the phone in not everything. He said nothing i can do. I said your kidding me right. Nope I'm not. I told him to keep all the stuff from the new phone and i will just keep the phone. He said oh ok. I live close to PA. I wasn't driving back home. I left came back 2 hrs later. He never touched my phone. He said the store was busy with customers the whole time. He said look around we still have customers. I said I'm a customer and i was here before any of them. Well i can't do anything until three store is empty. I took my phone and left. Not very professional.

  New staff and a whole different experience.. all of the people in the store are amazing... gave me the best deals and answered all my questions. Went the extra mile to assure that I left a happy customer!!!! Thank you so much for a great experience
