  I purchased the I10 Smart Bed. A very expensive bed. It was scheduled for delivery on 8/11 (two weeks from when I purchased it. Sleep Number called yesterday 8/9 and gave me a delivery time 2:30-6:30 pm. Today they sent me an email saying they can't deliver it for another two weeks...not tomorrow or in a couple days...TWO WEEKS. I have not been this angry in a long time. UPDATE: Michael from the store stepped in and called Sleep Number. He was able to get the bed back on the delivery schedule that I was promised. The bed was delivered and setup. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3. Thank you, Michael!

  Beautiful new showroom. Service from Michael was excellent! He made sure that we thoroughly understood the bed that we selected, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We spent a little more than we had planned, but after sleeping on the bed I'm positive we made the right decision. If you need a new mattres, I highly recommend trying out Sleep Number. The day after delivery, Michael called to make sure everything was set up properly. A week later he called just to make sure we had found our sleep numbers and that we were sleeping okay. That's what I call customer service.
