  Poor customer service. I called and asked them one very simple question (to check if they had a product), and without even attempting to answer the question I was cut off and told "you're going to have to call back another time, we're extremely busy." I get busy, I actually operate a chain restaurant and we are one of the busiest stores of our kind nationally. That in no way allows for employees to be so unconcerned with customer's needs to not even answer a simple question. Why even pick up the phone? Granted, I did call at around 10:30 pm, so I understand if they have less staff then they might during the day, but it really doesn't seem like management is making the right efforts to control the business during high volume times and definitely not properly training employees how to treat guests. Keep mistreating customers, and believe me, having too many customers will be the least of your concerns.
