  Do not ever use Lowe's fencing installation, especially if you are in Frederick County MD. The sales associate is an idiot. First, he tells us that the design will "absolutely" be approved by our HOA because "he knows what they want". HE LIES. Secondly, when the plan needs to be resubmitted (3 months later) he tells us that "everything is taken care of " and all extra supplies are ordered. LIAR!!! The fencing came and a whole panel was missing from the order, so now we have a fence with an 8 ft hole. THEN (icing on the cake) he tries to charge us for said panel and does not even bother to apologize FOR HIS MISTAKE. Awful, awful experience. I will never use Lowe's services again.

  I am quite impressed with the customer service and very thankful for all the help that I received. Patty and Tyrone in hardware were very eager to help me out. I came to Lowes looking for a particular screw in order to fix my wheelchair and when I couldn't find the exact screw I needed they were quick to find one that would work. They went above and beyond and actually took the time to fix my chair and took some stubborn bolts off and found different screws that would be easier to remove when needed in the future. I am very glad that I came to Lowes, its hard to find this type of customer service elsewhere.
