  Do not ever use Lowe's fencing installation, especially if you are in Frederick County, MD. The sales associate is an idiot. First, he tells us that the design will "absolutely" be approved by our HOA because "he knows what they want". HE LIES. Secondly, when the plan needs to be resubmitted (3 months later) he tells us that "everything is taken care of " and all extra supplies are ordered. LIAR!!! The fencing came and a whole panel was missing from the order, so now we have a fence with an 8 ft hole. THEN (icing on the cake) he tries to charge us for said panel and does not even bother to apologize FOR HIS MISTAKE. Awful, awful experience. I will never use Lowe's services again.
