  Coming from Texas you are always greeted and approached by employees at all Charming Charlie once you step in. Asked if you are looking for something in particular. At this store not greeted much less acknowledged. Staff just spoke among themselves. Obviously when you are attended at register you are greeted. Did not like the atmosphere of this store at all.

  Love the merchandise and shop very often due to that.... but most of the associates have nasty attitudes!!! FINALLY TODAY DECIDED I HAD ENOUGH AND AM DOING FEEDBACK REVIEW SPECIFICALLY TODAY ON CHECKOUT RECEIPT with ASSOCIATE 048414 (no name listed) transaction 017571 store 0352 FREDERICK MD totally unexceptable passive aggressive nasty attitude towards me during checkout This is a constant issue with associates here to the point where I walk out after interactions from some Maybe if we let them know it is our business that pays their salaries they MIGHT... BUT I DOUBT ...WILL START HAVING SOME RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND STOP BEHAVING LIKE THEY ARE DOING CUSTOMERS A FAVOR TO LET THEM SHOP THERE NEXT TIME I PLAN TO CALL THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
