  I was locked out last weekend so I tried one of the 24 hour locksmiths on the internet and started getting calls from Miami and Capital Heights. The tech in Capital Heights called and said he'd come but would just break the lock off the door because it couldn't be done otherwise. Ok. This was clearly a scam and the guy had no idea what he was doing. What kind of locksmith just breaks the door? I canceled the service and located Able Locksmiths. Chris was here within 30 minutes and working on opening the electric lock when some guy from the other company showed up demanding money. He was very aggressive and scared me. I actually had to call the cops to make him leave. Chris stayed with me, spoke to the police once they made the other man leave and really helped me through the process. Oh yea...and he opened the electronic lock without breaking it off!!! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Chris reacted like a friend even though we'd just met. I'll never use another company. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to have found him when I did!
